The penthouse has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 4 terraces, one of which has sea views. Right by the promenade, restaurants and within walking distance of the centre of lively Los Alcázares.

The beach and the long reinforced promenade with various restaurants/tapa bars are at walking distance. The Mar Menor is Europe's largest saltwater lagoon and perfect for water sports because of the partly shallow and warm sea water, which is why you see many kite surfers, windsurfers and people supping. Ideal for children as there are no high waves. A 15-minute car drive away, there are several beaches bordering the Mediterranean with more waves. 

The resort is close to a sports airfield, which occasionally hosts a special air show. As a result, some sports planes will fly over. Big events are there a few times a year.

The flat is stylishly furnished, with a separate fan and air conditioning in each room. The modern kitchen is complete with dishwasher, Dolce Gusto coffee machine and microwave.

Waar je de echte Spaanse sfeer proeft. Het penthouse bevindt zich op de eerste etage en heeft meerdere terrassen, waardoor er zowel een schaduw als een zon terras is. Naast een gezellige woonkamer, bevinden zich op de eerste etage de 2 slaapkamers en een badkamer met bad/douche. Op de tweede etage is de master bedroom en een ruim terras. Via een smalle trap kom je op de derde etage, hier bevindt zich het dakterras met uitzicht op zee. Er is een ondergrondse parkeergarage.
Het strand en de lang gesterkte boulevard met diverse restaurants/tapasbars is op loopafstand. De Mar Menor is Europa’s grootste zoutwater lagune en perfect voor watersporters door het deels ondiepe en warme zeewater, hierdoor zie je veel kitesurfers, windsurfers en mensen suppen. Voor kinderen ideaal omdat er geen hoge golven zijn.

Check-in zal worden verzorgd door onze host Damian die ruim van tevoren contact met je zal opnemen. Zowel bij Check-in als bij Check-out zal Damian aanwezig zijn.

We are Reinoud and Wietske from the Netherlands, we rent out our holiday apartment on the Spanish coast in Los Alcazares.
